Abstract

V originále

The text responds to the current pandemic crisis and its manifestations in law schools in Central Europe, especially in the Czech Republic. It identifies three positive factors of distance learning and modern technologies in law education: legalisation, democratisation and modernisation. These factors are due to possible socioeconomic changes and changes that may accompany a post-pandemic society. Furthermore, the text identifies two opposing factors: lack of socialisation and discipline. These factors must be considered when planning strategies to reflect societal change. Next, the text discusses one of the classical tools, fiction, for which new perspectives in legal education are now opening up. Here is the place for classical literature (end of 19th and beginning of 20th century) to offer a starting point in discussing contemporary legal identity.
