Abstract
Bola pripravená séria anilidov kyselín trifluormethyl škoricových substituovaných v orto polohe chlórom, fluórom a trifluormethylovou skupinou. Pomocou metód RP-HPLC boli stanovené hodnoty log k, log D a log P. Experimentálne získané hodnoty boli porovnané s predikovanými hodnotami za použitia roznych výpočtových algoritmov.
Abstract (in English)
Series of trifluormethylcinnamic acid carboxanilides substituted in ortho position with Cl, F and CF3 was synthesized. Log k, log D and log P values were determined using RP-HPLC. Experimentally obtained values were compared with values predicted using programs with various computing algorithms.
