Abstract

V originále

We have unique data available which covers the whole female population of the Czech Republic, indicating trends in surgical treatment of POP and SUI and making it possible to estimate lifetime risk of such surgery and also the risk of recurrent surgery. Lifetime risk for POP surgery is higher than was previously published, but for SUI it is lower – and there is a trend of decreasing number of anti-incontinence procedures
