Abstract
The aim of the study was to compare 33 patients with CTCL and 66 healthy control subjects in five gene polymorphisms (I/D ACE, M235T ATG, A(-6)G ATG, G(8002)A ET-1 and NcoI TNF beta). The case control difference was proved in coincidence od I/D ACE and TNF beta double genotype (P=0.017) which was done especially by substantially higher coincidence of DD genotype (I/D ACE) with B1B2 genotype of TNF beta (P=0.002).
