Abstract

Harry Fletcher-Wood – původně učitel dějepisu, později pedagogický výzkumník a nyní proděkan na Ambition Institute v Londýně, což je instituce zaměřující se na zlepšení pedagogických kompetencí a postupů učitelů. V tomto ohledu je kniha logickým navázáním na jeho vlastní praxi. Cílem responzivního vzdělávání je využívat formativního hodnocení k získávání informací od studentů a taková úprava výuky, aby docházelo k maximálně efektivnímu učení.

Abstract (in English)

Harry Fletcher-Wood - originally a history teacher, later an educational researcher, and now Vice Dean at Ambition Institute in London, an institution dedicated to improving teaching competencies and practices of teachers. In this respect, the book is a logical extension of his own practice. The aim of responsive education is to use formative assessment to gather information from students and to modify instruction in such a way as to maximize effective learning.
