Abstract

Přednáška pronesená v rámci Letní školy pomocných věd historických (Scriptorium Brunense) byla zaměřena na osudy římského práva ve středověku a raném novověku, a to s důrazem na právní prostředí historických českých zemí. Posluchači si v rámci interaktivního bloku sami vyzkoušeli identifikovat konkrétní římskoprávní vlivy v připraveném pramenném materiálu a v rámci závěrečné diskuse měli možnost nalezené prvky zhodnotit a zamyslet se nad jejich původem.

Abstract (in English)

The lecture delivered as part of the Summer School of Auxiliary Historical Sciences (Scriptorium Brunense) was focused on the fate of Roman law in the Middle Ages and the early modern period, with an emphasis on the legal environment of the historical Czech countries. In the interactive block, the listeners themselves tried to identify specific Roman law influences in the prepared source material, and in the final discussion they had the opportunity to evaluate found influences and reflect on their origin.
