Abstract
Aneurysmal bone cysts (ΑΒC) are typically osteolytic, cystic lesions filled with blood. In rare instances, those cysts exhibit solid architecture, making the clinical, radiological, and histological differentiation from other bone tumors like giant cell tumors, a difficult task. Denosumab treatment in combination with sunitinib targets osteoclast-like giant cells and stromal cells. This paper reports the case of an 11-year-old male affected by an aneurysmal bone cyst of the proximal ulna.
