Abstract

V originále

The purpose of this talk is to present, based on normative texts, produced by Soviet propaganda, how the perception of medieval Georgian art changes over the years in the context of the USSR. Over the decades the promoted vision seems to tread both the national policy of the Soviet union and the dogmas of Marxist thought. This shows the impact of political decisions on the perception of the past.
