Abstract

Na výstavě bylo možné shlédnout čtyři AI asistovaná díla Lai Man Tina. Dvě z nich, AI Brno a AI Hong Kong s podtituly Sbírání vzpomínek, byla vytvořena přímo pro výstavu a představují vizualizace opakujících se motivů v online dostupných snímcích Brna a Hongkongu z pohledu umělé inteligence. Další dvě videa od stejného autora, AI způsoby vidění a AI impresionismus, představují experimenty s prolínáním procesů vidění a interpretace umění prostřednictvím lidských a umělých neuronových sítí. Na výstavě bylo rovněž možné shlédnout AI film od Kariny Kazariny Rabínův sen na motivy Legendy o pražském Golemovi. Při jeho tvorbě autorka využila umělou inteligenci ve všech fázích tvůrčího procesu, od scénáře po generování obrazů. Účelně tak spojila formální rysy díla s tématem stvoření umělého člověka, které je tradičně součástí širšího konceptuálního rámce vývoje inteligentních nástrojů. Abstract (in English)

The exhibition featured four AI-assisted works by Lai Man Tin. Two of them, AI Brno and AI Hong Kong with the subtitles Collecting Memories, were created exclusively for the exhibition. They represent visualizations of recurring motifs in images of Brno and Hong Kong available online from the point of view of artificial intelligence. Two other videos by the same author, AI Ways of Seeing and AI Impressionism, reresent experiments with interweaving the processes of seeing and interpreting art through human and artificial neural networks. At the exhibition, it was possible to watch the AI film by Karina Kazarina Rabbi's Dream based on the Legend of the Golem of Prague. During its creation, the author used artificial intelligence in all stages of the creative process, from the script to the generation of images. In this way, she purposefully combined the formal features of the work with the theme of the creation of an artificial human, which is traditionally part of the broader conceptual framework of the development of intelligent tools.
