Publikace pojednává o historii a náboženském významu nejstaršího deskového obrazu na Moravě. Jsou zde vůbec poprvé zpřístupněna nová zjištění o historii obrazu, jeho významu pro středověkou zbožnost a jeho výjimečnosti pro moravské Lucemburky.
