Abstract

S klesajícím zájmem o francouzštinu na základních a středních školách v posledních letech (podle statistik MŠMT, 2022), ale zároveň se stále větším nedostatkem zaměstnanců ovládajících francouzštinu na trhu práce se již delší dobu nabízela otázka, jak tuto situaci řešit. Článek shrnuje výsledky dotazníkového šetření mezi vyučujícími francouzštiny z roku 2020, které potvrdilo klesající tendenci, postoje žáků a jejich rodičů vůči francouzskému jazyku, ale také požadavek vyučujících zajistit lepší vzájemnou informovanost, spolupráci a podporu v rámci jejich místa působnosti. Tyto požadavky splňuje nástroj, který v návaznosti na šetření mezi vyučujícími začal vznikat, a sice Interaktivní mapa francouzštiny v České republice (2021).

Abstract (in English)

With the declining interest in French in primary and secondary schools in recent years (according to the statistics of the Ministry of Education and Science, 2022), but at the same time with the increasing shortage of French-speaking employees on the labour market, the question of how to address this situation has been raised for some time. The article summarises the results of a 2020 survey of French teachers, which confirmed the downward trend, the attitudes of pupils and their parents towards the French language, but also the demand from teachers to ensure better mutual information, cooperation and support within their place of work. These requirements are met by a tool that has been developed following the teacher survey, the Interactive Map of French in the Czech Republic (2021).
