Abstract

Co si vybavíme pod slovem Tíže? Potíž vůbec vstát ráno z postele. Okolní tíživou situaci. Tíhu – materiálu, těla, rozhodnutí... nebo nás naopak vůbec nic netíží? Výstavní projekt pětice autorů – Gabriela Bardone, Andreji Krnáčové, Emmy Štěpánové, Kateřiny Šťastné a TEY, svým primárně sochařským přístupem odkazuje diváka k různorodému pojetí "tíže", jednoho z ústředních motivů lidské každodennosti. Abstract (in English)

What do we think of by the word Trouble? Difficulty getting out of bed in the morning. The surrounding hardship. The heaviness - of material, of body, of decision... or is it that nothing weighs on us at all? The exhibition project of five artists - Gabriela Bardone, Andrea Krnáčová, Emma Štěpánová, Kateřina Štťastná and TEY - refers the viewer to the diverse concept of "heaviness", one of the central motifs of human everyday life, with its primarily sculptural approach.
