Abstract

Alles wurde schon gesagt. Aber weil niemand zuhört, müssen wir immer wieder von vorne anfangen. Heute ist der Bildungsforscher Wilfried Göttlicher zu Gast. Wir gehen auf eine Reise durch die Geschichte der Bildung, über die Geburt des modernen Schulsystems bis ins heutige Klassenzimmer. Wir beschäftigen uns unter anderem mit folgenden Fragen: Seit wann gibt es Bildung? Was bringen Bildungsreformen? Was kann die Schule von heute aus der Bildungsgeschichte lernen? Welche Rolle hat Politik in der Bildung? Fragen, auf die es mit der viel zu selten getragenen Geschichts-Brille erfrischende Antworten gibt.

Abstract (in English)

Everything has already been said. But because no one is listening, we have to start all over again. Today the educational researcher Wilfried Göttlicher is a guest. We take a journey through the history of education, from the birth of the modern school system to today's classroom. Among other things, we deal with the following questions: How long has education existed? What are educational reforms? What can today's schools learn from the history of education? What is the role of politics in education? Questions to which there are refreshing answers with the history glasses that are worn far too seldom.
