Abstract
Imaging biomolecules is essential to modern science, especially biochemistry and structural biology. The structure and function of molecules then directly impact their function and, thus, their connection to the functioning of cells and whole organisms. During our event, you will learn about bioAFM microscopy and related techniques to observe biomolecules' structure and other properties (stiffness, adhesivity, etc.) in semi-invivo, i.e., in a buffered environment.
