Abstract
A series of base-substituted aromatic-aliphatic semicarbazones and thiosemicarbazones were prepared. The compounds were tested for inhibitory activity against aminopeptidase N and antiproliferative activity against 3 different human tumor cell cultures.

Byla připravena série bazicky substituovaných aromaticko-alifatických semikarbazonů a thiosemikarbazonů. Látky byly testovány na inhibiční aktivitu vůči aminopeptidase N a antiproliferační aktivitu vůči 3 různým kulturám lidských nádorových buněk.
