| I seek to answer the research question: What is the effect of education as a determinant of the probability of union membership? Analysing longitudinal data from the ISSP survey, I investigate how, across European countries, education works in interaction with gender and age when controlling for important personal and occupational characteristics of respondents. |

Prostřednictvím analýzy longitudinálních dat z ISSP, zjišťuji jak napříč evropskými zeměmi funguje dosažený stupeň vzdělání ve spolupráci s genderem a věkem, při kontrole pro další osobní, pracovní a politické charakteristiky respondentů. |
