Abstract

V originále

As a part of an ongoing study focusing on the phytochemical profiling of various Ficus species, ethanolic extracts from different non-edible parts of selected Ficus species have been prepared and analyzed by HPLC-DAD and HPLC-ELSD. In total, five compounds have been isolated from a natural source for the first time together with four known analogs. Currently, the evaluation of PPARγ agonistic activity and inhibition of NF-κB/AP-1 activation is ongoing.
