N2 - In this presentation, we explored the complex web of media representations to try to understand the many facets of the Russo-Ukrainian War and its far-reaching effects on queerness in the (Post)global South. We challenged prevalent narratives and advance a more nuanced view of this complicated conflict by bringing light on the experiences and hardships of people living in Ukraine and those who were impacted by it.
