Abstract

Účelem práce je analýza nelegálního zaměstnání s akcentem na sektor médií. Autor nejprve vymezí obecně znaky závislé práce a způsob zaměstnávání v rámci pracovního poměru oproti práci v režimu nelegální práce s využitím jiných druhů smluv. Autor se pokusí shrnout důvody uplatňování nelegální práce zejména z finančního aspektu. V závěru pak navrhne možnosti, jak tento jev potírat a proč k tomu v současné době nedochází.

Abstract (in English)

The purpose of this paper is to analyse illegal employment with an emphasis on the media sector. The author first defines the general features of dependent work and the way of employment under an employment contract as opposed to working under an illegal employment regime using other types of contracts. The author will attempt to summarise the reasons for the use of illegal work, particularly from a financial perspective. He will then conclude by suggesting ways of combating this phenomenon and why it is currently not happening.
