Abstract

Nositelná elektronika je na vzestupu a jedná se o pomyslný nejvyšší stupeň přizpůsobení elektorniky lidskému tělu tím, že si ji „oblékáme“. To má však vliv na množství a povahu generovaných dat o jednotlivci. Přednáška by byla o právu na informační sebeurčení, tzn. pasivní části - jaká data se k nám dostávají (resp. dostávají se jen omezeně vzhledem k apriornímu cílení) a aktivní části - jak to která data komunikujeme určuje práva na ochranu soukromí.

Abstract (in English)

Wearable electronics is on the rise and it is the imaginary highest level of adapting electronics to the human body by "putting it on". However, this has implications for the amount and nature of data generated about an individual. The talk would be about the right to informational self-determination, i.e. the passive part - what data reaches us (or reaches us only to a limited extent due to a priori targeting) and the active part - how what data we communicate determines privacy rights.
