Abstract

Dne 26. 1. 2022 se v rámci oborové konference PRAGUE ONCO pořádané v Praze, v Hotelu Clarion Congress, uskutečnilo třetí CZECRIN ONCO setkání. Hlavním tématem setkání byl připravovaný projekt sítě CZECRIN ONCO – GENESIS (Registr Molekulárních Tumor Boardů). V úvodu informovala docentka Demlová členy a hosty o podpoře nekomerčních studií v návaznosti na nařízení EU 536/2014 účinné od 31. 1. 2022. Dále převzala moderování MUDr. Radka Obermannová a prezentovala projekt GENESIS.(GENOMIC ALTERATIONS PLATFORM FOR NEXT CLINICAL STUDIES). Následovala diskuze zástupců kliniků, patologů, molekulárních biologů nad tvorbou e-platformy.

Abstract (in English)

On January 26, 2022, the third CZECRIN ONCO meeting was held as part of the PRAGUE ONCO industry conference held in Prague at the Clarion Congress Hotel. The main topic of the meeting was the upcoming project of the CZECRIN ONCO network - GENESIS (Registry of Molecular Tumor Boards). In the beginning, associate professor Demlová informed the members and guests about supporting non-commercial studies in connection with the EU regulation 536/2014, effective from January 31, 2022—furthermore, MUDr. Radka Obermannová and presented the GENESIS project (GENOMIC ALTERATIONS PLATFORM FOR NEXT CLINICAL STUDIES). This was followed by a discussion of representatives of clinicians, pathologists, and molecular biologists on the creation of an e-platform.
