Abstract

Referát představuje dosavadní poznatky v oblasti právní ochrany moravských a českých vinic. Zaměřuje se na její vývoj od středověku až po raný novověk. Seznamuje posluchače s dochovanými prameny a prací s nimi. Pozornost zaměřuje na vybrané aspekty viničního (horenského) práva, zvláště pak na oblast Moravy. Formování společenských vztahů ve vinicích zasazuje do kontextu své doby a práva.

Abstract (in English)

The report presents current findings in the field of legal protection of Moravian and Czech vineyards. It focuses on its development from the Middle Ages to the early modern period. It introduces listeners to preserved sources and work with them. The focus is on selected aspects of vineyard (mountain) law, especially on the region of Moravia. He places the formation of social relations in the vineyards in the context of his time and law.
