Abstract
The purpose of this intervention was to preset--based on the analysis of a very long historiography--the art of the South Caucasus in the Late Antique period. Unlike what historigorafia proposes dsa nearly two centuries, not only was the region not isolated or provincial, but it was at the crossroads of cultures and worlds.
