Abstract

Kapitola knihy se věnuje historii webové knihy a posuzuje vliv nové technologie knihy na ideu dokonalé knihy formulované Jean-Claude Carrièrem a Umbertem Ecem. V první části se věnuje vývoji hypertextu jako substrátu webové knihy a představám o nové formě knihy, která může díky této technologii vzniknout. Následuje popis historického vývoje elektronických knih, které stimulují prostředí pro vývoj knih webových. Závěr kapitoly je věnován vývoji webových knih, jejich funkcí a s nimi spojených projektů.

Abstract (in English)

The chapter of the book is devoted to the history of the web book and assesses the impact of the new technology of the book on the idea of the perfect book formulated by Jean-Claude Carrière and Umberto Eco. The first part of the chapter focuses on the development of hypertext as a substrate for the web book and the ideas of a new form of book that may emerge from this technology. A description of the historical development of electronic books that stimulate the environment for the development of web books follows. The chapter concludes with a discussion of the development of web books, their functions, and the projects associated with them.
