Abstract

Anotace k přednášce "Social Services for Children and Youth in the Perspective of Potentiality Theory": Tato přednáška se zaměřuje na aplikaci teorie potenciálnosti v kontextu sociálních služeb pro děti a mládež. Budou prozkoumány způsoby, jakými mohou sociální služby podporovat a rozvíjet individuální potenciál dětí a mladých lidí. Přednáška nabídne přehled o teorii potenciálnosti a jejím významu v sociální práci, zvláště v oblastech, jako je vzdělávání, psychosociální podpora a rozvoj kompetencí. Diskutováno bude také, jak sociální služby mohou efektivně reagovat na různé potřeby dětí a mladistvých, a to s důrazem na pozitivní posílení a rozvoj jejich schopností a talentů. Cílem je poskytnout náhled na to, jak mohou být sociální služby strukturovány a poskytovány tak, aby maximálně podporovaly potenciál a pozitivní rozvoj mladých lidí.

Abstract (in English)

This lecture focuses on the application of Potentiality Theory in the context of social services for children and youth. It explores how social services can support and enhance the individual potential of children and young people. The session will provide an overview of Potentiality Theory and its significance in social work, particularly in areas such as education, psychosocial support, and competence development. Discussions will also cover how social services can effectively respond to the diverse needs of children and adolescents, emphasizing positive reinforcement and the development of their abilities and talents. The goal is to offer insights into how social services can be structured and provided to maximally support the potential and positive development of young individuals.
