Abstract

ŠIMON KŘÍŽ O VÝSTAVĚ AS WE ARE Kurátor Šimon Kříž představí aktuálně probíhající výstavu v Dukle As We Are a tvorbu její autorky a fotografky Marie Tomanové. Program se uskuteční v oddělení American Center Knihovny města Ostravy (28. října 2, 702 00 Ostrava). Výstava As We Are představuje tvorbu v New Yorku žijící fotografky Marie Tomanové, pro jejíž tvorbu jsou typická témata identity, genderu a svobody. V Dukle vystavuje sérii portrétních fotografií pocházejících především z jejího projektu New York New York z roku 2021. SIMON KRIZ ABOUT THE EXHIBITION AS WE ARE Curator Šimon Kříž will present the current exhibition in Dukla As We Are and the work of its author and photographer Marie Tomanová. The program will take place in the American Center department of the Ostrava City Library (28 October 2, 702 00 Ostrava). The As We Are exhibition presents the work of New York-based photographer Marie Tomanová, whose work is characterised by themes of identity, gender and freedom. In Dukla, she is exhibiting a series of portrait photographs coming mainly from her New York New York project from 2021.
