Abstract

Konec školního roku opět nabídl možnost středoškolákům seznámit se s tématem vývoje léčiv a farmakologie. Úniková hra s názvem Cesta léku provedla studenty hravě procesem klinické studie, kdy úkolem studentů bylo najít ztraceného profesora farmakologie. Během pátrání po profesorovi se studenti dozvěděli, jaké fáze klinických studií rozlišujeme a způsob zařazování pacientů do těchto studií. Také se seznámili s různými lékovými formami a v neposlední řadě sami připravili hodnocený léčivý přípravek za využití laboratoří farmakologického ústavu. Vzdělávací program Cesta léku je organizován pod záštitou Juniorské akademie LF MU a dlouhodobě navazuje na výzkumné zaměření Farmakologického ústavu a CZECRINu.

Abstract (in English)

The end of the school year once again offered the opportunity for high school students to familiarize themselves with drug development and pharmacology. The escape game, called Path of the Medicine, playfully guided students through a clinical trial where the students' task was to find a lost pharmacology professor. While searching for the professor, the students learned what phases of clinical trials we distinguish and how patients are included in these trials. They also got acquainted with various medicinal forms and, last but not least, prepared the evaluated medicinal product themselves using the laboratories of the Institute of Pharmacology. The educational program Cesta léku is organized under the auspices of the Junior Academy of the Faculty of Medicine of the MU and is a long-term follow-up to the Institute of Pharmacology and CZECRIN research focus.
