Abstract

Folk songs have long been the starting point for the development of children's musical abilities in the Czech Republic. The Department of Music at the Faculty of Education in Brno has systematically investigated the attitudes of music teachers towards folk songs with regard to the changes in cultural and social development. Beginning locally, the study expands to the Netherlands and Hungary, offering insights into Western and Eastern European perspectives. Surveys and interviews reveal nuanced approaches, reflecting historical and cultural influences. This comparative analysis provides valuable insights, emphasizing the need for culturally sensitive music education practices.

Lidové písně jsou v České republice dlouhodobým východiskem pro rozvoj hudebních schopností dětí. Katedra hudební výchovy Pedagogické fakulty v Brně systematicky zjišťuje postoje učitelů hudební výchovy k lidové písni s ohledem na proměny kulturního a společenského vývoje. Počínaje lokálně, studie byla rozšířena do Nizozemska a Maďarska, přičemž nabízí západoevropské a východoevropské perspektivy. Průzkumy a rozhovory ukázaly různé přístupy odrážející historické a kulturní vlivy. Tato srovnávací analýza poskytuje cenné poznatky a zdůrazňuje potřebu kulturně citlivých přístupů v hudební výchově.
