Abstract

Professionalität als Hauptziel der modernen Lehrer*innenausbildung ist heute unstrittig. Die Professionalität baut nicht nur auf wissensbasierten, fundierten theoretischen Kenntnissen auf, sie ergibt sich auch aus den praxisbezogenen Bestandteilen der Ausbildung an den Universitäten und Hochschulen. Dieses Postulat wird in den letzten Jahren in der Fachdiskussion oft aufgegriffen, und zwar häufig aus der Perspektive der effektiven Durchführbarkeit, um der Forderung nach größerem Praxisbezug des Lehramtsstudiums gerecht zu werden. Im Beitrag wird der Fokus auf das pädagogisch-psychologische Modul in der Lehrer*innenbildung an der Pädagogischen Fakultät der Masaryk-Universität in Brno gerichtet, wobei besonderes Augenmerk auf dem neu konzipierten System der reflexiven pädagogischen Praktika liegt, die in der Bachelor- sowie der Masterphase einen integralen Bestandteil des Lehramtsstudiums bilden. Dieses Konzept kann Impulse für den Studiengang Deutsch als Fremdsprache bringen.

Abstract (in English)

Professionalism as the main goal of modern teacher training is undisputed today. Professionalism is not only linked to knowledge-based, well-founded theoretical knowledge, but also to practical components of the university and/or college teaching. In recent years, this postulate has often been taken up in specialist discussions, frequently from the perspective of effective feasibility, in order to meet the demand for greater practical relevance in teacher training courses. The article focuses on the pedagogical-psychological module in teacher training at the Faculty of Education of Masaryk University in Brno, with particular attention being paid to the innovative system of reflective pedagogical teaching practice, which creates an integral part of both, bachelor's and master's degree programmes. This concept can bring the impulses for the study program German as a foreign language.
