Abstract

Na webináři byli účastníci seznámeni s rolí sociálního pedagoga ve školním prostředí a jeho klíčovými činnostmi. Získali hlubší pochopení, jak tato pomáhající profese přispívá k rozvoji žáků a kvalitě vzdělávání. Dále se dozvěděli o konkrétních aktivitách a úkolech sociálních pedagogů ve školách a měli možnost lépe porozumět cílové skupině, se kterou tito pedagogové pracují. Webinář rovněž představil různé formy práce sociálních pedagogů, včetně spolupráce se školním poradenským pracovištěm. Závěrem byl vytvořen prostor pro diskuzi o výzvách a příležitostech spojených s prací sociálního pedagoga ve škole, a účastníci mohli sdílet své zkušenosti a otázky týkající se této důležité role ve vzdělávacím systému.

Abstract (in English)

During the webinar, participants were introduced to the role of the social pedagogue in the school environment and its key activities. They gained a deeper understanding of how this helping profession contributes to student development and the quality of education. They also learned about the specific activities and tasks of social pedagogues in schools and had the opportunity to better understand the target group with whom these pedagogues work. The webinar also introduced the different forms of work of social educators, including cooperation with the school counselling centre. Finally, a space was created to discuss the challenges and opportunities associated with the work of a social educator in schools, and participants were able to share their experiences and questions about this important role in the education system.
