These include, of course, the names of unique Russian dishes and drinks. How widespread are these realia in the vocabulary of contemporary Czech, and how do speakers deal with them? Data from the Czech National Corpus will answer these questions. In this article we will focus on the frequency analysis of selected realia over the last 20 years and summarise the ways in which authors incorporate them into texts. ER -
