Abstract

In the Czech language we find a considerable amount of Russian realia from various spheres of life, culture and society. These include, of course, the names of unique Russian dishes and drinks. How widespread are these realia in the vocabulary of contemporary Czech, and how do speakers deal with them? Data from the Czech National Corpus will answer these questions. In this article we will focus on the frequency analysis of selected realia over the last 20 years and summarise the ways in which authors incorporate them into texts.

V českém jazyce nacházíme nezanedbatelné množství ruských reálií z nejrůznějších oblastí života, kultury a společnosti. Pojmenování jedinečných ruských jídel a nápojů jsou samozřejmě jejich součástí. Jak rozšířené jsou tyto reálie ve slovní zásobě současného českého jazyka a jak s nimi mluvčí nakládají? Na tyto otázky nám odpoví data z Českého národního korpusu. V příspěvku se zaměříme na frekvenční analýzu vybraných reálií v období posledních 20 let a shrneme, jakými způsoby je autoři začleňují do textů.
