Abstract
This software implements a generator of 3D time-lapse sequences of complex living cell shapes, including simulation of phenomena occurring during the cell cycle, such as growth, division, and branching protrusions. The tool is programmed in Python using PyTorch.

Tento software implementuje generátor 3D časosběrných sekvencí tvarů živých buněk, včetně simulace jevů probíhajících během buněčného cyklu, jako je růst, dělení a větvení výběžků buněčné membrány. Nástroj je naprogramován v jazyce Python s využitím PyTorch.
