Abstract

V rámci identity učitele odborných předmětů lze jako významnou součást identity učitele definovat jeho odbornou identitu z hlediska příslušnosti k danému oboru a rovněž jeho učitelskou identitu z hlediska příslušnosti k profesi učitele. Příspěvek se věnuje problematice vzájemného prolínaní těchto identit u učitele odborného vzdělávání, které pak umožňuje učiteli odborného vzdělávání využívat prvky formující jednotlivé složky identity a kompetence, které se s danou identitou vážou. Prolínání identit je do určité míry trvalým jevem u učitelů odborného vzdělávání. Současně je možné toto prolínání identit hodnotit jak z hlediska pozitivního, tedy možnosti využívat dvou identity, tak z hlediska negativních dopadů spojených se změnami identity.

Abstract (in English)

Within the framework of the identity of a teacher of vocational subjects, an important part of the teacher's identity can be defined as his professional identity in terms of belonging to the given field, as well as his teacher's identity in terms of belonging to the teaching profession. The contribution is devoted to the issue of mutual interweaving of these identities in the vocational education teacher, which then enables the vocational education teacher to use the elements that form the individual components of identity and competences that are tied to the given identity. The interweaving of identities is to some extent a permanent phenomenon among vocational education teachers. At the same time, it is possible to evaluate this interweaving of identities both from a positive point of view, i.e. the possibility of using two identities, and from the point of view of negative impacts associated with identity changes.
