Abstract
V originále
The scientific data integration platform (SIP) facilitates management of the raw scientific data with a goals to expose such data under conditions which are close to the FAIR principles. The workflow enables collection of the metadata directly at the instrument and composes a minimal data model which sufficiently describes the raw data. The raw data together with the metadata are registered in iRODS federated cloud solution which manages the data transfer to the remove high-performance computing centre (HPC) for the real-time data analysis. In parallel, the information about the data is stored in EUDAT catalogue and the entry is made publicly available after the embargo period. Prior the embargo period, the data are exposed only to the data owner for data analysis. The data owner can make this data publicly available at any time through a request to SIP which also manages automated data transfer and replication to the resources dedicated for long-term data preservation.
