Abstract

Workshopy pro pracující v energetickém sektoru se uskutečnily s cílem zapojení pracujících do diskuze o nízkouhlíkové transformaci. Záměrem workshopu bylo prezentovat pracujícím výstupy projektu POSTWORK, zjistit od nejvíce ohrožených zaměstnanců energetických firem jejich preference, přání a obavy o budoucnosti jejich práce a práce v energetickém sektoru obecně a vytvořit prostor, kde se mohou potkat zaměstnanci z více provozů.

Abstract (in English)

Worskshops for workers in energy sector is a way how to include workers into discussion about low carbon transformation. Aims of the workshops were to present participants with outcomes of the POSTWORK project, to find out, from the employees most vulnerable to changes connected with transformation, their preferences and fears related to the future of their work and the work in the sector in general and to create a space, where employees from different plants can meet and discuss the issues.
