Abstract

Výstava se věnuje konceptu spravedlivé transformace, dopadům transformace na pracující a další aktéry a důležitosti participace v celém procesu. Doplňují jí výpovědi stakeholderů dotazovaných v rozhovorech a z workshopů se zaměstnanci. Shrnuje také obavy z transformace, zkušenosti pracujících a představuje výsledky dotazníkového šetření mezi zaměstnanci. Vizuálním doprovodem výstavy jsou fotky vytvořené umělou inteligencí, které jsou imaginativní a zároveň použití umělé inteligence poukazuje na náhlé proměny, kterými pracovní trh i ekonomika prochází. Akce proběhla na 90 místech v České republice, cílovou skupinou byla široká veřejnost.

Abstract (in English)

The exhibition covers concept of just transition, effects of low carbon transformation on workers and other stakeholders as well as the importance of participation in the whole process. The theoretical concepts are complemented with statements of interviewed stakeholders and workers. It summarizes fears from transformation, workers experience with the transofmation and present the result of questionnaire among workers. Visually is comprises of imaginatory pictures made by artificial intelligence, as it point out to the rapid changes in the labour market and economy as a whole.The event happened on 90 places in Czech Republic, the target group was broad public.
