Abstract
The European Union has a long-term influence on the legal systems of the member states, and the area of social law is no exception. In recent times, the legal regulation of leave has been affected in this way. The contribution discussed the change in the interpretation of relevant legal norms in the context of private law regulation of statute of limitations.
