Abstract
Based on DSC and FTIR measurements, no significant degree of AffinisolTM HPMC HME 15 LV degradation was achieved for the extrusion temperature. Printed polysaccharide (hypromellose with addition of pectin and sodium alginate) capsules are acidic resistant and show the promising application potential for colon-specific drug delivery
