Abstract

V originále

In this work, we analysed dynamic functional connectivity in resting state fMRI data of 116 subjects (55 HC - healthy controls, 33 aMCI -amnestic mild cognitive impairment and 23 MCI-LB - prodromal stage of dementia with Lewy bodies). We used coactivation pattern analysis and we were able to detect statistically significant changes in dynamic parameters in two out of 7 identified patterns. Differences were observed in comparison MCI-LB vs aMCI and MCI-LB vs HC.
