The e-publication Practical numerical methods for physicists is a continuation of the previous script Numerical Practical by the same author. The text is divided into five basic chapters, describing an overview of the integral Laplace transform, more advanced calculus with tensors, curvilinear coordinates, an introduction to partial differential equations, and the practical basics of numerical calculations. The textbook is intended for students of the course F3424 Basic mathematical methods for physicists 3, especially for more advanced undergraduate or graduate students.
