Zabývá se také některými otázkami, které je nutné zvážit před uzavřením smlouvy, specifiky kontraktace určitých osob. Publikace se podrobně věnuje judikatuře, navrhuje znění smluvních doložek u rozebíraných institutů včetně příkladů.

The book is a guide to concluding a contract from its title to its signature, including amendments to the contract. It also deals with some of the issues to be considered before concluding a contract, the specifics of contracting certain persons. The publication discusses case law in detail, proposes the wording of contractual clauses for the institutes discussed, including examples.
