V originále

S akutními respiračními infekcemi se setkáváme každoročně, zejména během podzimu a zimy. Představují v těchto měsících významnou zátěž pro zdravotnictví v ambulantní i nemocniční sféře. K dominujícím respiračním infekcím s potenciálně závažným průběhem v tomto období patřil zejména COVID-19, chřipka, mykoplazmové infekce a také pertuse.

Acute respiratory infections are encountered every year, especially during autumn and winter. During these months, they represent a significant burden on the healthcare system in both outpatient and inpatient settings. The predominant respiratory infections with a potentially serious course during this period include COVID-19, influenza, mycoplasma infections and also pertussis.
