Abstract

Přednáška se zabývala interpretací autorského díla v evropském právním kontextu, s důrazem na rozhodnutí Soudního dvora EU. Věnovala se analýze "in abstracto" a "in concreto" pojmových znaků autorského díla, jak jsou definovány v unijním právu. Pozornost byla věnována tomu, jak interpretace ovlivňuje ochranu autorských práv a jak se projevuje v konkrétních rozhodnutích soudů. Zvláštní pozornost byla věnována otázkám objektivního a subjektivního pojetí autorského díla.

Abstract (in English)

The lecture dealt with the interpretation of copyrighted works in the European legal context, emphasizing the decisions of the European Court of Justice. It focused on the analysis of conceptual features of copyrighted works "in abstracto" and "in concreto" as defined by EU law. Attention was given to how interpretations affect copyright protection and how they are reflected in specific court decisions. Special attention was paid to the issues of objective and subjective interpretations of copyrighted works.
