Abstract
V originále
The publication focuses on geophysical prospection and its use in archaeological research, particularly in development-led archaeological projects. We compare the results of geophysical surveys with excavation outcomes in large construction projects to assess the relevance and accuracy of these survey methods. Our goal is to underscore the advantages and benefits of geophysical prospection while recognising its limitations. We examine the factors influencing the success of prospection in locating and interpreting archaeological sites across a diverse range of locations and regions across Czech Republic and Slovakia.
