Abstract
The aim of this study was to determine whether geranylated flavanones from Paulownia tomentosa can affect glucose metabolism via activation of the PPARγ pathway in vitro, to compare the data for the compounds alone and the same compounds in different nanoparticles, and to determine the nanoparticle delivery system with the least possible loss of biological effect of the active compounds.
