Abstract

Souhrnná výzkumná zpráva je hlavním výstupem projektu Identifikace a aplikace strategických komunikačních nástrojů při naplňování koncepce ZP ČR, který byl realizován v letech 2022-2024. Představuje souhrn hlavních poznatků dílčích výstupů projektu ve formě 7 policy papers, přičemž se zaměřuje především na práci s daty získanými prostřednictvím dvou dotazníkových šetření, tedy jak šetření probíhajícího v období leden - únor 2023, tak i opakovaného dotazníkového šetření, které probíhalo s téměř ročním odstupem, v období od prosince 2023 do začátku ledna 2024. Tematicky se zpráva zaměřuje na následující hlavní okruhy: 1) Válka na Ukrajině a související problémy dotýkající se mezinárodní situace i České republiky, jejich reflexe v českém veřejném mínění: evaluace výsledků prvního a druhého dotazníkového šetření, komparace jejich závěrů a shrnutí poznatků týkajících se možné komunikační strategie. 2) Problematika hodnotové a geopolitické orientace české zahraniční politiky, reflexe těchto témat v českém veřejném mínění: evaluace výsledků prvního a druhého dotazníkového šetření, komparace jejich závěrů a shrnutí poznatků týkajících se možné komunikační strategie. 3) Percepce členství ČR v EU a souvisejících otázek: evaluace výsledků prvního a druhého dotazníkového šetření, komparace jejich závěrů a shrnutí poznatků týkajících se možné komunikační strategie.

Abstract (in English)

The summary research report is the main output of the project called Identification and application of strategic communication tools in the implementation of the Foreign Policy Concept of the Czech Republic, which was implemented in the period 2022-2024. It presents a summary of the main findings of the project's partial outputs in the form of 7 policy papers, focusing primarily on the work with data obtained through two questionnaire surveys, i.e. the firs survey conducted in the period January-February 2023, as well as a repeat survey conducted a year after, between December 2023 and early January 2024. The report focuses thematically on the following main areas: 1) The war in Ukraine and related issues affecting the international situation and the Czech Republic, their reflection in Czech public opinion: evaluation of the results of the first and second questionnaire surveys, comparison of their conclusions and summary of the findings concerning a possible communication strategy. 2) Issues of the value and geopolitical orientation of Czech foreign policy, reflection of these topics in Czech public opinion: evaluation of the results of the first and second questionnaire survey, comparison of their conclusions and summary of findings concerning a possible communication strategy. 3) Perception of the Czech Republic's membership in the EU and related issues: evaluation of the results of the first and second questionnaire surveys, comparison of their conclusions and summary of findings regarding a possible communication strategy.
