Abstract

ORIG CZ

V originále

This article aims to summarize, in the context of recent court decisions (case law), the development of the views and concepts with which private foundations and trusts have been viewed in Czech law over the last 10 years. In this respect, the authors believe that Czech law can serve as a kind of (albeit imperfect) laboratory for exploring the general difficulties encountered by traditional civil law jurisdictions in introducing these wealth management instruments institutes into traditional civil law systems.
