El estudio trata de obras seleccionadas de escritoras checas contemporáneas que han ganado el Zlatá stuha, premio literario para obras infantiles y juveniles en la categoría de sección literaria. Utilizando el método de análisis de interpretación literaria, identifica y caracteriza los temas de los libros y se centra en la relación de amistad entre los protagonistas, explora cuáles son sus intereses y problemas, a qué retos de desarrollo se enfrentan y cómo los afrontan, cómo se desarrollan las características de su personalidad y sus nuevas habilidades, y cómo establecen relaciones interpersonales y buscan y encuentran su lugar en el mundo. El trabajo forma parte de una investigación de tesis más amplia, tiene como objetivo investigar las características psicológicas de los protagonistas en diferentes etapas del desarrollo psicológico en textos seleccionados de escritores checos de literatura infantil, describir y categorizar las tareas y actitudes de desarrollo, cualidades y valores que se acentúan en estas obras y compararlas con las teorías del desarrollo ampliamente conocidas - la teoría del desarrollo cognitivo, la conciencia moral, pero sobre todo para analizar la evidencia de la teoría del desarrollo psicosocial de Erik Erikson.

Studie se zabývá vybranými díly současných českých spisovatelek, které získaly Zlatou stuhu, literární cenu za tvorbu pro děti a mládež v kategorii literární sekce. Pomocí metody literárněvědné interpretační analýzy identifikuje a charakterizuje témata knih a zaměřuje se na vztah přátelství mezi hlavní hrdiny, zkoumá, jaké jsou jejich zájmy a problémy, jakým vývojovým výzvám čelí a jak se s nimi vyrovnávají, jak se vyvíjejí jejich osobnostní charakteristiky a nové dovednosti, jak navazují mezilidské vztahy a hledají a nacházejí své místo ve světě. Práce je součástí disertačního výzkumu, jehož cílem je prozkoumat psychologické charakteristiky hrdinů v různých fázích psychického vývoje ve vybraných textech českých autorů dětské literatury, popsat a kategorizovat vývojové úkoly a postoje, vlastnosti a hodnoty, které jsou v těchto dílech zdůrazňovány, a porovnat je s obecně známými vývojovými teoriemi - teorií kognitivního vývoje, morálního vědomí, ale především analyzovat poznatky teorie psychosociálního vývoje Erika Eriksona.

The study deals with selected works by contemporary Czech women writers who have won the Zlatá stuha, a literary prize for children's and youth works in the literary section category. Using the method of literary interpretation analysis, it identifies and characterises the themes of the books and focuses on the relationship of friendship between the protagonists, explores what their interests and problems are, what developmental challenges they face and how they cope with them, how their personality characteristics and new skills develop, and how they establish interpersonal relationships and seek and find their place in the world. The work is part of a research thesis, which aims to investigate the psychological characteristics of the protagonists at different stages of psychological development in selected texts of Czech writers of children's literature, to describe and categorise the developmental tasks and attitudes, qualities and values that are emphasised in these works and to compare them with widely known developmental theories - the theory of cognitive development, moral awareness, but above all to analyse the evidence of Erik Erikson's theory of psychosocial development.
