Abstract

In the original language

Held at CEU, and organised by the Centre for Religious Studies and PhD students from the Department of Historical Studies, the conference will take place from October 4-6, 2024. CESAR is an interdisciplinary graduate student conference for religious studies organized by the students of eight Central European universities (CEU, Charles University, Eötvös Loránd University, Comenius University, University of Pardubice, Masaryk University, University of Szeged, and Ljubljana University). It brings together advanced master's students, doctoral candidates, and early career researchers, allowing them to participate in an international conference and build professional networks. This year's topic is Transformations in Religions. The symposium aims to discuss changing conditions of religiosity across time and space and how societies and religions transform each other.
