AUSKULTACE Auskultace je termín i metoda, kterou jsme si vypůjčili z oblasti lékařské diagnostiky. Tam je striktně exaktní, ale v oblasti uměnovědné se nám „vyšetření poslechem“ i „místa poslechu“, navíc bez fonendoskopů či stetoskopů, jeví jako mimořádně poetická. Větší a větší podíl na hudbě je přikládán umění poslechu, kdy místo expertů požadujeme nadšené panice, kteří chtějí slyšet nové, a ne se utvrzovat ve starém. Umění poslechu, posluchačům a jejich vyšetřování bude věnována třináctá sezóna Brno Contemporary Orchestra. 18. září 2024, 19.00 Kaple sv. Anny KARDIO Všem, kteří darovali srdce. Koncert proběhne nedaleko transplantačního centra, které zachránilo bezpočet životů. U skladatele Rudolfa Drozda jsem objednali biometrickou kompozici, která zazní společně s pátou symfonií Galiny Ustvolské, Osudovými dramaty člověka od Miloslava Kabeláče a excentricky minimalistickým poptáváním Michaela Gordona – Tou Shalt! / Thou Shlat Not! z roku 1983. 13. října 2024, od rána do večera Besední dům NEURO Slyšiny Bedřicha Smetany (1824 – 1884). Ve spolupráci s Expozicí nové hudby, edukačním centrem Filharmonie Brno a pěveckým sborem Láska opravdivá jsme pro vás připravili celý den věnovaný stopadesátému výročí od ohluchnutí Bedřicha Smetany. Zazní tři různé podoby Mé vlasti, kterou Smetana nikdy neslyšel, k tomu kompletní provedení mužských sborů, vše propojené s besídkou, poznáváním a spontánním tvořením. 20. listopadu 2024, 19.00 Orlovna na Mendelově náměstí PNEUMO Nádech a dlouhý výdech pro 40 utopených dětí na Mendelově náměstí (20. 11. 1944). Koncert připravujeme se spřáteleným Divergent Conection Orchestra (DCO) pod vedením Pavla Zlámala. Ve světové premiéře zazní dlouhý nádech a výdech Adriana Demoče a divergentní dýchání pro BCO a DCO od Pavla Zlámala. Neotřelý poslech též jistě nabídnou Actions pro free-jazzový orchestr od Krzystofa Pendereckého z roku 1971 a rovněž Domény Pierra Bouleze s vynikajícím klarinetistou Markem Švejkarem. 18. prosince 2024 Sokolovna Tuřany Z Ameriky do Tuřan Předvánoční besídka pro naše posluchače. Už je to celých sedmdesát let, co se dá létat ze světa do Tuřan, ale z Ameriky ještě žádné letadlo nepřiletělo. Je třeba to napravit. Zazní argentinské Varieté, kanadská Straussiana a pravé americké patterny. K tomu kejklíři, tombola, občerstvení a již tradiční Hra s Jesličkami.
